Kerry Group – Regional HSE Manager (East Coast-Remote) (May 2021 – Current)

Key Contributions & Achievements:

  • Spearheads HSE-related efforts across three vinegar sites on the East coast

  • Successfully implemented Kerry’s Life Safety Program across three sites

  • Achieved zero waste to landfill while reducing costs

Everyday Activities:

  • Conducts incident investigations to determine root cause & corrective actions as necessary

  • Designs and drives implementation of corrective actions formed from observations and incidents

  • Performs JSA’s, risk assessments, and leads contractor management efforts using ISN & Traction Guest

  • Designs and evaluates new or modified equipment, machines, and their safeguards to maximize safety

Valiant Artificial Lift Solutions – Corporate HSE Specialist (April 2018 – May 2021)

 

Key Contributions & Achievements:

  • Developed and led the implementation of Valiant’s global safety and environmental policies, programs, and manuals

  • Established, maintained, and continually improved a process where employees were encouraged, empowered, and enabled to communicate HSE-related questions and concerns

  • Successfully managed efforts to reduce the incident rate by 3 points and maintained an incident rate of 0 thereafter

 

Everyday Activities:

  • Managed global safety efforts for the business with one direct report

  • Identified, assigned, and ensured employees received appropriate training at both corporate and field levels

  • Managed Valiant’s DOT and non-DOT fleet vehicles, fleet safety monitoring system, and PM system

  • Performed safety audits on the manufacturing processes related to building artificial lift equipment

  • Managed contractors through Valiant’s Avetta, PEC, and ISN accounts

  • Researched, developed, and enhanced health and safety review protocols across the world

  • Assisted and supported ISNetworld contractor/ supplier clients with safety programs and concerns
